Our Story
WorkWell started with a vision: to break free from the traditional, sterile office space and create something that feels like home. Founded in 2018 by four cousins—Clifton, Jason, Brandon, and Chris—we imagined a place where a melting pot of professionals and creatives could thrive, connect, and grow together. We rolled up our sleeves, grinded concrete, assembled peg board walls, and turned a vacant office into the collaborative space it is today.
Our journey began with a shared dream to cultivate not just productivity but also well-being. That’s why our space is thoughtfully designed to support work-life harmony, blending inspiring design with a calming atmosphere.

Our Community Manager
If you've stepped into WorkWell, you've likely met Jess—our Community Manager and the heart of our space. Joining the team in December of 2024, she keeps daily operations running smoothly, fosters meaningful connections, and ensures WorkWell remains a dynamic and collaborative hub. Whether she’s organizing community events, supporting members, or curating an inspiring workspace, Jess is always finding ways to make WorkWell feel like home.
With a background in social media, marketing, and event production, Jess brings creativity and strategy to everything she does. She’s passionate about cultivating spaces where people can do their best work while feeling connected and supported.
Outside of WorkWell, you can find her hiking, snowboarding, or diving into creative projects. Stop by and say hi—she’s always happy to chat and help you make the most of your WorkWell experience!
